General information only

Everything on this website is general information. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, credit, legal or tax advice. We are not a lender

Credit4U provides credit assistance as a finance broker. We do not provide credit and we do not make credit decisions. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a quote, or a pre-approval. All applications are subject to a lender's assessment and to that lender's terms, conditions, fees and charges. Approval is not guaranteed.

Calculators and estimates

The calculators on this site produce estimates based solely on the figures you enter and the assumptions stated with each tool. They generally exclude fees and charges, assume the interest rate stays constant for the life of the loan, and do not reflect any particular lender's product or credit policy. Results are illustrative and must not be relied on as a quote or as the basis for a financial decision.

Interest rate information

Any interest rates shown on this site are indicative market ranges compiled from published third-party sources, provided as general market information. They are not offers from Credit4U and are not rates we set. Rates change frequently, and figures may be out of date by the time you read them. The rate available to you depends on the lender, the product and your individual circumstances.

Where a comparison rate is shown, it is calculated on a standard reference amount and term prescribed by the National Credit Code and will not reflect your actual loan.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission. Market data, regulatory settings and lender policies change, sometimes quickly. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party links

Where we link to external sites — regulators, the Reserve Bank, Moneysmart, lenders — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The content, design and code of this website are owned by Local Capital Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
